This Privacy Policy explains how TradeOps Automation ("we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use this site, submit a form, use the Revenue Leak Calculator, or purchase from us.
1. Information we collect
- You give us: name, email, phone number, business name, and the business figures you enter into our intake forms and the Revenue Leak Calculator (revenue, ticket size, tech count, marketing spend, AR, and similar).
- Automatically: IP address, device and browser type, referring URL, pages viewed, and interactions, collected through cookies and similar technologies including the Meta pixel.
- From payment processing: our processor (Stripe) handles your card details directly. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
2. How we use it
To deliver the products and sessions you request, to generate your calculator estimate and audit report, to contact you by email, phone, and SMS about your inquiry and related offers, to process payment, to improve our site and offers, to measure advertising performance, and to comply with law.
3. Advertising and analytics
We use the Meta pixel and similar technologies to measure ad performance and to build custom and lookalike audiences. This means Meta may receive information that you visited or acted on this site. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta. You can manage ad personalization in your Meta account settings and control cookies through your browser. Depending on your jurisdiction, the sharing of information with advertising partners may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information; you may opt out at Kyle@tradeopsautomation.com or via the cookie controls on this site.
4. Who we share with
Service providers who help us operate, including our CRM and messaging platform (HighLevel), payment processor (Stripe), hosting provider (Netlify), email and SMS providers, and advertising platforms. We do not sell your information for money. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, and in connection with a merger or sale of assets.
5. SMS and email
By providing your phone number you consent to receive text messages from us, including via automated systems, about your inquiry and related offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply; frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including California under the CCPA/CPRA and the EU/UK under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale or sharing of your data, and to withdraw consent. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Submit requests to Kyle@tradeopsautomation.com and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
7. Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. We use commercially reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Children
This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
