It is not a promise, projection, or guarantee of what you will earn. Your results depend on your market, your pricing, your team, your capital, your effort, and factors outside anyone's control. Most people who buy business education do not implement it and do not get the results shown.
1. Results are not typical and not guaranteed
TradeOps Automation ("TradeOps," "we," "us") makes no representation or warranty that you will earn any specific amount of money, recover any specific amount of revenue, or achieve any particular outcome from the Revenue Leak Calculator, the Trade Profit Audit, the free community, the Tradie MBA, the TradeOps software, or any coaching, consulting, or content we provide.
Where we show a number (for example "$100K+ found," "six leaks," or a client's recovered revenue), that number reflects the reported experience of a specific business at a specific time. It is not an average, not a median, and not what you should expect. We do not track or verify the results of every customer, and we make no claim about typical results.
2. All guarantees are in writing, and only in writing
No verbal, chat, SMS, email, ad, webinar, DM, or sales-call statement creates a guarantee. The only guarantee that binds us is the one written into the purchase agreement, order form, or terms you accept at checkout. If a guarantee is not stated in that written document, it does not exist, regardless of what anyone told you.
Scope of the audit guarantee. The find-it-or-free guarantee on the Trade Profit Audit applies only to a conducted audit: you attend the full scheduled session and supply the intake information we request. You get one reschedule, and the session must be completed within seven days of your original slot. If you no-show without notice, your payment is forfeited and no refund is issued. Full conditions are in the Terms of Service and in the written agreement provided at checkout.
Any guarantee we do offer is subject to the eligibility conditions, participation requirements, documentation requirements, timelines, and claim procedures set out in that written agreement. Failure to meet those conditions voids the guarantee. Marketing copy is not the agreement. The agreement is the agreement.
3. Estimates from the Revenue Leak Calculator
The Revenue Leak Calculator produces an estimate generated from numbers you self-report, applied against general industry benchmarks. It is not an audit, not an accounting review, and not a valuation. It has not been verified against your books. Do not make financial, hiring, pricing, borrowing, or tax decisions on the basis of the calculator output alone.
4. Not professional advice
Nothing on this site or in any of our programs is financial, investment, accounting, tax, legal, or employment advice, and we are not your accountant, attorney, fiduciary, or financial advisor. We are a business coaching and software company. Consult a licensed professional in the relevant field before acting on anything you learn from us.
5. Testimonials
Testimonials reflect the real experience of the individuals giving them and are not a guarantee that you or anyone else will get the same result. Some testimonial providers received a discount, service credit, or other consideration; where that is the case, it is disclosed at the point the testimonial appears. Testimonials are used with permission.
6. Forward-looking statements
Statements on this site about future performance, potential recovery, or growth are forward-looking and inherently uncertain. Actual results will differ.
